Archive and delete offerings

Offerings that are archived are removed from your institution's catalogue and will not be visible to site users.

To archive an offering, go to the 'Offerings' list, find the offering and from the actions menu select 'archive'. A window will appear confirming you want to take this course of action. Click 'Yes, archive offering' to archive the offering.

To permanently delete an offering, select Delete from the same list of options under 'Actions' in the Offerings list.
