Amend subject and topic category

To add or amend a subject and topic category of an existing micro-credential, first select the offering from the Offerings tab. Click on the offering and go to Listing settings. Click to Edit settings. 

Scroll down to Categories. From here you can choose overarching Subject areas (Categories) and more specific topics within chosen Subject areas (Nested Categories). 

You can choose multiple Categories and Nested Categories. 

If you have chosen to categorise by ISCED-F code, the categories will be preselected. The ISCED-F code will be stored separately in the database, and can still edit the category and/or add more without affecting the ISCED-F code data. 

If you make a mistake when adding an ISCED-F code or topic, you can manually amend categories here. 

If no category is chosen the offering will only appear in your institution profile and 'all micro-credentials' in the catalogue.
