Amend featured microcreds

Featured microcredentials exist in the site as 'Catalogues'.

Administrators can amend homepage featured microcredentials and featured microcredentials on the 'for employers' page from the Catalogues section. 

Click on the featured catalogue, go to 'Catalogue settings' and press Edit. 

Scroll down to Basic settings and you can choose microcredentials to feature from the list of offerings and click 'Assign offerings'. 

Scroll back up and click Save to confirm changes. 

You can select 'Preview' from the Actions list to check how the featured microcredentials look on the live site.
