Download all offerings

As a content editor, it is possible to download all 'offerings' (micro-credentials) from your university's catalogue.

Do this by clicking 'catalogues'.

Navigate to your catalogue and go to catalogue settings.

Click 'export offerings' and select whether to include only active offerings (micro-credentials that are currently visible on the website), or include offerings you have previously archived too.

Once you select active or archived, a .csv file with the same columns as your original upload will appear in your downloads.

This download will include all edits to content you have made in the platform, including text changes, formatting and subjects and topics in slug format (e.g. business-administration).
